I know you said you're relatively new to the office - Daniel is very lucky to have you! I tasked you with something that felt overwhelming and confusing to me in the moment - you took it on and said you'd get back to me. You know how often it is you hear that in customer service and as the customer you just never hear back?! You set a different standard - calling me back within the hour WITH THE FIX. Thank you, Anna PG! Written in the past: I cannot say enough good things about Daniel Call and his office. I had written this post earlier and it was never posted! So, to frontload it, I want to give a huge shout out to Anna Waldron, who has been stepping in and stepping up to help me in Mary Lou's absence. Anna has been wonderful! She is thoughtful, kind, organized, knowledgeable and a true asset to Daniel. I was worried about losing my connection to Mary Lou but Anna has made the transition for my family and me seamless (we are eight longtime SF customers). She has a wonderful, polite, graceful finishing touch that makes every interaction easy and chicken-noodle-soup-for-the-soul rewarding. Thank you, Anna! I do miss Mary Lou - this was for her: In particular, I would like to give a great big shout out to Mary Lou, who represents all the best of State Farm's good neighbor theme. She is the one bringing over the housewarming gift, sharing tips to keep the yard in good shape, taking care of your pets when you're out of town. The woman is wonderful. She is entirely knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. If I email or call Mary Lou in the morning, she will have a thorough response to me that same day. When I get frustrated over rising insurance costs, she will walk me through options so that I'm comfortable with what I'm buying. The icing on the cake is that she is so kind and respectful, it doesn't feel like a business transaction. It just feels like you're borrowing sugar from the sweet lady next door. On a personal note, Mary Lou is also that person who will lift you up when you need to be lifted up; she will send you a handwritten note in the mail to let you know she was thinking about you. She has an excellent professional character, but it's her personal character that will keep you close. I adore Mary Lou and have a great deal of respect for Daniel, running the show behind the scenes and making sure his customers are happy. Thank you and everyone at your State Farm office . . . we've been loyal customers (eight of us in my family) for many years and we plan on staying that way for years to come."
